This winter has been atypical in many parts of the country.  Record snowfalls were predicted and instead most places experienced yo-yo temperatures and very little snowfall accumulation.  That is good news for two reasons:  you saved money on snow removal and you can afford proactive parking lot maintenance (which will further impact the bottom line!).

Allocating funds for proactive parking lot maintenance is a smart investment.  Consider this – a newly installed parking lot that costs $100,000 requires an investment of just 5 to 10 percent per year in ongoing maintenance in order to keep it in top condition and extend its lifespan.  Of course, well-maintained pavement also projects a positive image and provides a safe driving and walking surface.

Since the opening of our Atlanta branch office in April 2009, we have seen tremendous growth and success in the Southeast.  Mason Ambler and Chris Hudgins joined our sales team in the spring of 2011.  Our operations team has expanded with in-house crews and equipment managed by Mike Leonard, Superintendent.  Mike brings with him 10 years of experience in the paving industry.  Brandon Graf continues to oversee the office as Director of Sales.  Our experienced team of professionals is ready to assist you in any phase of parking lot maintenance including crack seal, seal coat, lot marking, and asphalt/concrete repairs.

In August 2011, we relocated our Atlanta office to Norcross, GA.  The relocation was necessary to serve the needs of our valued, local customers and provide the organization with much-needed space for equipment and employees.  Check out what the branch has been up to recently in the Peach State:

In addition to paving, the branch has also been busy networking.  Recently, the office hosted a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony in conjunction with the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce to celebrate our expansion to Gwinnett County.  Guests included city officials, members of the Chamber’s Economic Development Department, and our very own President Ed Campbell.  Those in attendance were treated to refreshments and a tour of the office and yard.  The Atlanta team is also active with the local chapters of BOMA and IFMA, as well as AAA.
